RƎLAY VSC

Virtual Sound Card

R3LAY VSC Virtual Sound Card

Free Your PC Audio.

Modern broadcasting relies on AoIP networks. So why are production PCs stuck with old-fashioned sound cards? They’re expensive. They don’t speak “network.” They can’t support multi-channel audio. It’s as if they’re holding your audio hostage. What to do? Virtualize with RƎLAY VSC. VSC sets your content free. It’s an 8×8 “virtual sound card” for Windows that turns your audio into clean, pristine AES67 streams. Elegant. Flexible. Cost-effective. Isn’t it time your sound card went virtual?

RAVENNA + AES67 + ASIO + WDM

R3LAY VSC Driver

Physical sound cards are handcuffed by PC hardware constraints. But RƎLAY VSC is pure software. It blows past those limits with a low-latency, multi-instance professional ASIO driver with SRC that supports stereo, 8-channel, even 64-channel streams. There are also eight stereo WDM drivers for legacy PC audio apps. On the network side, each connection carries eight uncompressed, bi-directional audio channels — for up to 128 total RAVENNA streams (64 in, 64 out). Your friends will be so envious.

RƎLAY Virtual Radio Software Brochure

RƎLAY is more than just studio software — it’s a complete Virtual Radio environment for Windows, with touch-based mixing, intuitive graphical patch bay, RAVENNA multi-channel soundcard replacement, and a comprehensive AoIP stream monitoring package. RƎLAY is real virtual radio.

FINALLY: AoIP DONE RIGHT

Everybody’s buzzing about AES67. And for good reason. Finally there’s a real standard for connecting together IP equipment from different manufacturers. This is why RƎLAY is 100% AES67-compliant. Some purveyors of proprietary protocols claim AES67 is incomplete — but we pair it with RAVENNA, the standards-based advertising and discovery protocol with AES67 compliance baked in. With RƎLAY, you can connect and control any studio hardware or software you choose, from the ever-expanding AES67 / RAVENNA universe.

Here are more broadcast companies who believe open standards are the only way to go.

Try RƎLAY, risk-free.
